Domus Cesare
Domus Cesare is an ancient stone dwelling from the 13th century, once part of the outbuildings of the Carovigno castle. It has been revitalized through a careful restoration that has preserved its authenticity. Located in the heart of the historic center, within the charming "Rione La Terra," it is surrounded by city gates and stone alleys that tell centuries of history.
Guests have access to a complete house of 74 square meters, featuring a fully equipped kitchen with an induction cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee machine, as well as dishes and everything needed to prepare light meals. The accommodation is air-conditioned and includes two showers: one in the main bathroom and a second, unique one directly in the bedroom.
An added benefit is the private outdoor space, which is rare in the city center, designed as a relaxation area with garden furniture and practical for storing bicycles or beach gear. Upon arrival, guests will find a welcome gift of water, wine, and coffee pods.
The house can accommodate up to four people, with a double bed, an extra-comfortable sofa bed, and the option to add a single bed or a crib for younger guests. Every detail has been carefully considered to ensure comfort and privacy, while still embracing the charm of the stone walls and the allure of a home steeped in centuries of tradition.

We do not serve breakfast, but we provide complimentary coffee pods to use with the machine available on the premises, along with a bottle of water.
Just a short walk away is the Carovigno Castle, positioned on a high and strategic site, perfect for the historical defenses of the town. Its triangular layout features a square tower to the east, a circular tower to the west, and an almond-shaped tower to the north.
From its towers, visitors can enjoy a panoramic view that stretches along the coast, from Torre Canne to Brindisi. The castle is located just 4 km from the beautiful beaches of Torre Santa Sabina, 8 km from the renowned Ostuni, and 25 km from Brindisi-Casale Airport.
Throughout the year, the village comes alive with restaurants, pubs, and cultural events. The Carovigno area boasts approximately 14 km of coastline, with charming beaches and small coves to explore. The Torre Guaceto nature reserve is undoubtedly a treasure for our town.
